Partnering to Support Children and Families

At Leela Spectrum Center, we value collaboration with pediatricians, healthcare providers, schools, and community professionals. Our goal is to make referrals simple, timely, and meaningful—so children and families receive coordinated, evidence-based care without unnecessary delays.

Who We Serve

We accept referrals for children with concerns related to:

  • Autism spectrum disorder
  • Speech and language delays
  • Developmental delays
  • Behavioral and social challenges
  • Motor and sensory differences
  • Feeding and growth concerns

Children may be referred with or without a formal diagnosis.

Our One Roof model allows multiple services to be coordinated under a single care plan when appropriate.

How to Refer

Step 1: Submit a Referral

Referrals may be submitted by:

  • Pediatricians and medical providers
  • Schools and early intervention programs
  • Therapists and community agencies
  • Families (self-referrals are welcome)


Referral options:

  • Online referral form
  • Faxed referral
  • Secure email (if applicable)

Step 2: Intake & Family Contact

Our team will:

  • Contact the family directly
  • Complete intake and insurance review
  • Schedule evaluations or services as appropriate

Step 3: Care Coordination & Feedback

With appropriate consent, we are happy to:

  • Share evaluation summaries
  • Provide progress updates
  • Collaborate on ongoing care plans
  • Coordinate with schools and medical homes
